Effective Article Writing
Do you want to promote your business opportunity on the internet? Learn the art and science of writing effective articles.
The internet is all about information. When you want information about a particular product or service, what is the first thing most of us do? We Google it! We look for information that will be helpful for us to make an intelligent decision. Where is all this information coming from? From individuals just like you and I who have written article about a particular subject matter, and posted that information on the web for the world to see.
When writing an article, one must always keep in mind the very basics of writing. Don’t over complicate the process. The items you must cover in your article are quite simple, and they are often referred to as the 5 W’s….. who, what, when, where and why. You can put as many words in an article as you wish; however, most of us get bored after a few paragraphs. Keep you information to the point and always be sure your comments are honest and verifiable. It only take one bad post to ruin months and even years of credibility.
There are free online live classes within the Veretekk Marketing larrylmiller.veretekk.com system which will teach you the art and science of effective writing. These classes are taught by Dr. Gwen who is renowned for her no nonsense writings. Once you learn the basics, you can then put your own personality into your writings and make the articles focused on the subject matter of your choice. The one key ingredient to successful writing is to “start writing”. Write from the heart. No BS….just the fact as you see them. Write like you talk. Your personality will immediately show through into your writings and people feel the sincerity of your thoughts. You will find the more you write the better you become in your writings.
Butch Hamilton-SEO Master taught me…..there is one commitment you must make, if you want to become successful on the internet. This commitment never changes…..You must write at least one article every day about something. Hand index your article to Google, Yahoo, MSN and other search engines. You will soon see that your opinions do count. Soon you will see your articles start to appear on the internet. This gives you credibility with your readers. The more you write the better your articles will develop into effective reading material. People will start looking forward to reading your articles. Why? Because it’s good relative content that makes down to earth common sense…and NO Bull!
One word of caution….don’t try to sell a product or service in your writings, just give good keyword rich, relative content about your product or service. People searching for information will make up their own mind from the quality information you provide. The potential client will not make a positive decision to participate in your business opportunity from a bunch of hype you may be tempted to include in your article. Keep it simple…with informative interesting keyword rich content.
Start writing today and….remember the 5W’s….who, what, when, where and why. Send me some of your articles and let me help you build them into effective marketing strategies and techniques. Let someone you trust, read your writings and get their opinion, whether good or bad. Use that constructive criticism to your advantage and become a writer with passion and commitment. This concept will evolve into your successful future on the internet. Isn’t that what it’s all about?
